The elements of ideal timing, sound management, and progressive response to the growing industrial supply needs of the Grey, Bruce, Simcoe and Wellington counties, have elevated Scott’s Industrial from limited beginnings to a full-service distributor over the past half century.

Scott’s Industrial has grown steadily since February 1970, when it commenced sales from the drive shed of a rural home in Jackson, Ontario. The addition of other industrial and general product lines soon attracted a widening clientele. The business warranted relocation to larger quarters and became one of the first occupants of Springmount Business Park, Owen Sound. The original 2,000 square-foot building has since been extended several times.

This continuing expansion has added to the company's market share and clearly established Scott’s as a major distributor in Grey, Bruce, Simcoe and Wellington counties, where industrial, commercial and institutional customers purchase a virtually unlimited selection of industrial products including maintenance and production supplies.

Today, the flourishing business remains locally owned and new technology and innovative products are constantly being launched to increase efficiencies, decrease production time, and ultimately save you money. We offer product demonstrations and trials in a risk-free environment. In the decades of industrial distribution we have prospered by taking a long-term focus and by standing behind the products we sell.

Our experienced and long-term employees are specialists in their field, possessing an abundance of valuable information. They provide on-site service, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and supply knowledgeable application assistance on your shop floor.
